FAQ
PickFinder Discord FAQ
What is the PickFinder Discord invite link?
The official invite is discord.gg/pickfinder. It never expires. Be careful with other links that claim to be PickFinder.
Is the PickFinder Discord free?
Yes. Anyone can join the server. The Premium role, which unlocks the members-only channels, comes free with any paid PickFinder plan.
What does the Premium role unlock?
Members-only channels with daily picks from the PickFinder team, line alerts, member chat and bet breakdowns, plus 24/7 support.
How do I get the Premium role?
Sign in to PickFinder, click your profile picture, click Get Discord Access, then connect your Discord account from Account Settings. The role is added automatically.
It says the email on my Discord account is already taken.
That usually means you made two PickFinder accounts. Email support@pickfinder.app with your Discord email and we will sort it out.
I connected Discord but didn't get the role.
Make sure your Discord account is verified with a phone number, then try again. Still stuck? Email support@pickfinder.app.
What happens to my role if I cancel?
The Premium role is removed when your plan ends. You stay in the server and get the role back as soon as you resubscribe.
