Welcome to PickFinder! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PickFinder application ("App") operated by PickFinder LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
PickFinder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

PickFinder operates on a monthly subscription model. The subscription rate will be determined and communicated prior to your subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee. Payments will be processed automatically each month unless you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. If you cancel within three (3) days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided after this period.
We offer customer support via Discord or email. You can reach us at support@pickfinder.app. Our support team is available to assist you with any issues or questions you may have.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PickFinder. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall PickFinder, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules regarding export control and to not use, export, or re-export the App in violation of such laws, regulations, or rules.
If the App is being used or accessed by or on behalf of the United States government, the App is provided as a "Commercial Item" as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
